I'm 13 year old male, turning 14 this December. I notice like 2 weeks ago that my nipples were hurting when I touched/rubbed them. Just tonight I squeezed them only to find a pea-size lump under my right nipple, and a slightly smaller size lump under my left nipple. I'm really nervous and I haven't told my parents yet. I'm sleeping over my grandparents house tonite so I will tell my Dad ASAP. I need to know if I have male breast cancer, if it exists, and if it does, is it deadly? I am going into 8th grade when school starts.

guys i have a small lump jst underneath my right nipple and my right nipple is a little bigger than my left ones.... and also my nipple feels swollen and the lump is painful (only if you touch it or got hit or tapped) I AM A 13 yrs old Male

Okay, just took my 13 yr old son to the doc for this and it is body changes starting puberty. Nothing to worry about for those of u afraid of cancer. He had a lump and then the clear discharge. Doc assured us this was normal at this age so no worries, rest easy. But of course, always see a doctor if symptoms change or worsen.

i am 14 i hav been reading things on websites. i havnt gone to a doctor i hav peas under both of them. they are signs that your are growing. the signs should only be that it gets a little puffy or so... and is sensitive or hurts sometimes when i touch it. no MBC. i play sports. workout etc. its just growing nothing to worry about..
