Well, it's logical. Until we have a cure for cancer, detecting it earlier is not a guarantee that the patient will survive it since not all cancer is detectable until it becomes a threat to the patient's life anyway. Honestly, I don't foresee this test ever producing positive results even when we improve our cancer treatment though, because as I pointed out already, not all cancer is detectable until it becomes a threat to the patient's life, but that's just my 2 cents.
