When it comes to Hormone therapy, you really got to be careful, it's better just to stick to an all natural program. So far I have been following the purely primal skincare program to the T. It works really well if your trying to go all natural. I supplement this with some jojobo oil and so far have been doing this "all natural" method for a few months, and can't complain :).
