Why should pesticide ban be different than smoking ban?

Cigarettes are not pesticides. Cigarettes have nothing in common with them. Using cigarettes is just another way to intimidate people into believing that pesticide ban is necessary. Pesticides are regulated by Health Canada, and not cigarettes. Pesticides are heavily regulated in order to prove that they are safe and do not cause any harm. Such is not the case with cigarettes.
