Crystal Clinic is a rip off anyway my daughter had hand surgery and now her thumb is total numb and they say this is normal, they hound you to death to pay before you even know what your insurance is going to cover, tell you can't see the dr unless you pay your bill and thats even before the send you the bill

Looks like Summa is trying to do whatever it can prior to the Cleveland Clinic taking over AGMC. I have tried to tell anyone who will listen, get out now before the walls come crashing down around them.

Crystal Clinic threw our MRI's and x-rays away even though it had the doctor and hospitals name on it. They were suppose to send them back to the doctor when done or call us. They didn't even offer to redo the tests and we needed it for court so we didn't have the proof we needed that we were hurt as we had no money to get the tests redone. Hope they will be run better in the future.

Hmmmmm.....basic math puts $90 million for a 72-bed facility at about a million per bed.

Its going to cost SOMEBODY about that for a 'full stay' there, all right.

We have had excellent care at the St. Thomas Hospital, Crystal Clinic and Summa care hospitals..... The staff has always been professional and knowledgeable. Please keep the standards high, because it is very hard to find hospitals that are keeping with the tradition that the patient really does matter and that you get what you are paying for.
The food is also very good at St. Thomas....
Thanks again !!!

The healthcare industry is one of the most competitive fields in the United States. Summa Health System and the Crystal Clinic have found a way to once again provide excellent care and surgical services to the community. From the surgeons, nursing staff, clerical staff to the person who greets you and your family, the ultimate goal is providing quality healthcare to our patients.
