Size does matter. I think that can be said for both men and women. I'll be the first on here to say it, but I wouldn't date a woman that weighed 300lbs. I know that may be harsh, but it is reality. I'm not saying she's a bad person...not by a long shot. It's just that she has to be some what physically attractive and 300lbs. on a woman that is 5'9" or so isn't physically attractive to me. I'm sure women feel (more or less) the same way about a guy.

Hey guys, I'll agree with the above poster. You can laugh at overweight women, but you better not be fat yourself. I wouldn't date a really fat guy because that tells me he doesn't care about his health enough to eat well and exercise.

I agree. Eating a bucket of fried chicken by yourself for dinner with a small side salad is not healthy no matter how you slice it. Unless of course you're Michael Phelps and you need to consume 12,000 calories a day to maintain a high level of energy.

Duh. And the health hit is taken in two ways - mentally (stress) and physically (who cares how fit I actually am, I'm skinny!). You go Vicky ^!! I saw a neat quote from this blog about weight obsession and eating disorders: http://eatingdisorderstreatment.com/eating-di... .

It said, "I’m not beautiful like you, I’m beautiful like me." :-)
