Before I used any pill or shot my sex life with my boyfriend was great!!! We used condoms, but I wanted to try birth control pills, but so far they all FAILED! BECAUSE it decreased my sex drive. So far, my boyfriend is using condoms. I have tried ortho lo, yaz, nuva ring and the shots and none of it worked for me.=( Nuva ring gave me migraines. Yaz and ortho lo decrease my sex drive to ZERO. We tried using lube, but it was frustrating because it let me orgasm. So now, we're back on the condoms, but I'm always paranoid. It took me about 3 months before my sex drive went back. So if anyone know any birth control pill that can increase my sex drive, let me know! that would be great! I think I can handle an increase and none at all.

Before I was married I had a strong sex drive, and my husband (boyfriend at the time) and I would have sex alot untill we found out I was pregnant. After that we got married and all through my pregnancy I didnt want sex... 2 or 3 weeks after giving birth I got on birth control for the first time in my life... After switching many brands of BC I realized that my sex drive was completley DEAD! I looked on the internet for answers and now have decided just to use condoms and get off the pill... I stoped talking them Monday... Wish me luck!!!!!!!!

I was on a pill for a year and a half, I came off a month ago due to bad mood swings and no sex drive. I just came on my period, thank god no delays there, my mood is back to normal, however my libido isn't back yet, it's very frustrating!
Great post, good to know I'm not the only one with these issues. |
