I wet the bed most nights but am rarely woken by feeling wet until it is time to get up. I just wondered how it is for other bedweters. Do you wake as soon as you are wet or like me do you sleep through it.

I went back to nappies for a while after a trip to the doctors to see why I still wet the bed most nights at 15. I was refered to the continence nurse and was given large blue disposable nappy style incontinence pants to wear at night and a proper fitted cover for my bed.

i am inco in my sleep. sometimes i stir/waken, but by then i am wetting my nappy. also i wet 2/3 times per night and need my sleep. i would rather ware a nappy than have a wet bed.

I sometimes sort of wake and am aware I'm wet but almost always fall back to sleep. Like you sometimes I am aware that I am peeing but I just stay in my wetness till morning, Usually my nappy keeps the bed dry but if my nappy leaks the bed is well protected so it doesn't matter. I have tried all kinds of disposable nappies and they all leak as I wet very heavily and sometimes several times a night. I found terry nappies and snug fitting plastic pants to be the only way to keep the bed dry at night.

I am not woken by the actual act of wetting or by the fact that I am wearing a wet pad. I am not aware that it is even wet unless I feel it with my hand, although 999 times out of a 1000 I am wet even after a short sleep.

I often wet several times during the night. I have woken only an hour after I went to sleep once to find I was already quite wet. Normally I don't wake till morning by which time I'm usually soaking wet.

I wear nappies to bed every night ( like now) and really it depends. Sometimes I wet without nowing till mornin and simetimes I wake up in the process. When I wake up in the process I just continue on with my buesness and go back to sleep.
There are times when I'm half awake and I feel the urge so I go I don't see the harm in that. If I know I have to get up soon and I'm fully awake I'll go I like the feeling.
In fact Ive had to go for about 1 hr and it's getting bad so I might as well just take care if that now. Wats the point in getting up ya know. I'm protected I like it and no ones being harmed....

Ps I would love if someone would reply to me :)

My bedwetting certainly sems from my childhood. I was seldom dry at night as a child.
