I think you'll find it happens naturally Carma, but maybe have a read of this story, it's about a girl getting abuse and that's making her piss herself? Would that appeal to you?

I succesfully regressed back to true sleep wetting a few years back and am seldom dry at night now. It can be done but takes real comitment. Repeated deliberate wetting is the key.

Step 1. Wait for warm weather. I.E. Late spring, Summer, and Early Fall.
Step 2. Attach your garden hose and make sure all the fittings are snug.
Step 3. Feed the hose to the location of your bed
Step 5. Place the hose on your bed and make sure it is secure and will not fall off.
Step 6. Turn the water on with the lowest setting for 5 - 10 seconds.
Step 7. Enjoy your wet bed.
Step 8. Ignore the fact that there is not a step 4.

Go for it that is the way to regress. Wet before you fall asleep everynight and eventually you will start wetting in your sleep once more. It worked for me. I haven't been dry at night for years.

So you want to be a bedwetter. Follow the steps below and wet nappies and soaking sheets will become a way of life and dry nights but a distant memory. This is how I regressed to a true bedwetter once more. I am seldom dry at night now.
Step 1. Think very long and hard about what you are about to do and consider all the implications of your actions. Above all only do this if you accept it will be a permanent step as you may never be able to acheive complete night time control again.
Still want to be a bedwetter well from now on you must always think of your self as one and tonight you are going to soak your unprotected bed and wet the bed every night form now on. You must get used to wetting your bed every night and sleeping in your wetness. It will of course be deliberate but keep at it and you will start wetting in your sleep sooner or later. This is what I did and it took about 6 months before I was wetting in my sleep more often than not.
Step 2 once you are comfortable with wetting your bed and sleeping in it you will need to think about protection. By now your bed will be stained and smelly to remind you what a bedwetter you have become. You will need a good matteras protector and asorbant pads or perhaps nappies and plastic pants are more to your likeing. I use both. Always enjoy chosing the right ones because after all you are a bedwetter.
Step 3 from now on it is up to you. You should by now wet every night without really thinking about it although it will most likely be deliberate. Keep this up and it will start to happen in your sleep. I used to wet every morning as I woke and gradually I woke to find I was already wetting and eventually I started waking to find I had already emptied my bladder while asleep. Continue to always empty your bladder as soon as you wake whether it be in the middle of the night or in the morning and your control will diminish much quicker. The first time you wet in your sleep will hit you like a ton of bricks. I felt shock, happiness, worry that I had made a mistake but gradually this settled down. The saying "You have wet your bed so now you must lay in it" came to mind and that is just what I did and still do.
Above all enjoy your bedwetting. I know I do and if you ever have any doubts along the way stop imediately.

Hi. All You Need To Do Is Drink Like 2 Litres Of Water About 30 Min Before You Go To Bed. Then You'll Pee In Your Sleep. By The Way, I Wear Drynites And If You Keep Peeing They Get Really Heavy.

If I drunk all that water I would not be able to fall asleep unless I wet on purpose to relieve my bladder.

You could try the Hypnotic discs that are available on the net, but the real key is to use Diuretics such as Furosemide or even Coffee late at night, to make you need to pee more.Make sure you have a waterproof sheet on the bed and preferably wear a Nappy and Plastic pants.It works!

Yes, If you wet the bed on purpose just before you fall asleep everynight after a while you unknowingly do it and after a few months you can unconsiously do it in your sleep.

You want to wet yourself, yet you're calling everyone else weirdos? Okay ... lol

The only way I can think, is drink a lot of water (or alcohol if you're old enough), and purposely pee yourself before going to sleep.

Have Melatonin tablets, its the neural transmitter that puts you to sleep with coke, coke generally makes me really need to go to the toilet so the tablets should put you into a deep sleep while you really need to piss, eventually you balder will release as it over full. Do this we you all ready need to go to the toilet will work even better.

This is by far the best way to become a bedwetter. Once you have got to the stage where you are comfortable sleeping in your wetness the rest will follow. The next step is although still deliberate you automatically wet your bed before going to sleep and again whenever you wake. Once this feels perfectly natural it won't be long before you start wetting in your sleep. Keep it up and you will soon be a true bedwetter. Be warned once you reach this stage you will probably always wet the bed. Regressing should always be considered as a permanent step.
