If you really want to grow your hair do this:

Mix:
-Shapely's M-T-G oil 8 oz
-Castor oil 8 oz
-1 tube Neosporin AF
-50 drops 100% essential rosemary oil
-35 drops 100% essential cayenne (aka capsicum or chili) oil
-50 drops 100% essential tea tree oil
-50 drops 100% essential basil oil
-50 drops 100% essential sage oil
-50 drops 100% essential peppermint oil

Supplements:
-2,000mcg biotin 3 times a day
-150 grams of protein in your diet everyday
-500mg of Saw Palmetto 3 times a day
-500mg silica 1 time a day
-MSM 1,000mg 2 or 3 times a day
-Collagen powder 6,000mg 2 times a day
-Hyularonic acid 100mg 2 times a day
-Multivitamin 1 time a day
-Fish oil 1,000mg twice a day
-Cayenne pepper 500mg once a day
-Ginkgo Biloba 200mg once a day

Regiments:
-Brush your hair with a comb only and only when dry
-Don't blow-dry your hair air dry it
-After putting on the mix above before bed, cover and wrap your head carefully with a towel or scarf to retain moisture over night
-Cover your hair when in sunlight or in wind
-Massage your scalp carefully with your fingers for 15 minutes daily
-If you don't have high blood pressure, tilt your head upside down for 15 minutes everyday and massage your scalp at the same time.
-Wash your hair daily, sebum in your scalp blocks growth
-Condition daily after washing and soak your hair in oil over night (castor is best on the ends and the mix above on your scalp)

Worked for me, hair grows like a weed now. Feel free to ask me any questions

If this series of supplements and concoctions worked for you then I can assure you with 100% certainty that your hair loss was NOT genetic. Unfortunately not only is there no proof these remedies work, there are many studies and observations done testing every conceivable theory of hair growth from every culture and every nation you could imagine. There have been billions of dollars spent in research in the last ten years alone.
If you are a balding male your best option for hair regrowth/decrease in loss is Propecia and Rogaine. BiotinH would be the most favorable supplement to add. Saw Palmetto has theoretical affects and should be avoided if taking Procpecia.

Hello, friend, If you have problems regarding hair loss and then you can consult a certified specialist to begin a line of treatment. For hair problems you can visit Dr. Cole's for hair site. At this site you can find surgical methods to combat baldness, hair fall and other hair related problems.

I am African American i see that you suggested washing your hair daily because of my hair being so dry I am wondering if that would be a good idea. I do agree that sebrum can build up on the scalp and block hair growth. Please give feed back on if I should wash my hair daily and would I need to use a shampoo with sodium lauryl sulfate to get the petroleum build up from the Shapely MTG oil. Looking for some advise.
