i am a 21 year old male.. i thought it would never happen to me, but i feel like my hair is thinning greatly, and feel as if everyone is staring at my hair... and people say "if you're paranoid about going bald, then you really are going bald.." but male pattern baldness isn't even in my family that Ive ever seen, so i fear that i may be ill or in dire need of nutritional advice... my hair used to part from right to left... but my cowlick has moved closer to the center somehow, and is making my hair very unmanageable.. whether it be illusion or paranoia, i would love to hear any advice

If its male pattern baldness then u need a DHT blocker ( that is what attacks the hair follicles) You will hear about lots of hebal products that will do this but they are and unproven and mainly overpriced vitamins . Vitamins are good for health overall but u can get then much cheaper at your local shop. The scam is they play on natural products which sound good but they sell them as a health supplement which means they don't go through rigourous testing to prove the safety plus actually work. Therefore you need a product which is FDA approved eg Propecia (active ingredient finasteride)to block DHT and Rogaine ( minoxidil)for hair regrowth.Good thing here is u can get generic versions which contain active ingredients much cheaper if u look online. Obviously u should see your doctor to do tests to rule out thyroid probs etc - but it does look like MPB.
