Herniated Disc and Back Pain

A herniated disc can cause from mild to severe pain. If you have had severe pain for a long period of time it is very possible you have a herniated disc. Though it should always be the last option at times herniated disc back surgery is the only solution. Here is a good article on the subject for anyone with back pain.
