Some studies show that there is little difference in medical and traditional treatment for back pain. A drug called Fosamax has had some complaints about certain side effects and had led to patients filing lawsuits against the company. Read more here http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com .

Every person has individual medical needs. While a therapy may work for a patient, it may not predict the same outcome to another. Knowing that there may be no difference in effect between two different treatment may be of advantage to many patients. However, it would be better if there are other therapies that would be possibly greater in effect than bone-strengthening drugs like Fosamax so people may be able to avoid unnecessary side effects. With regard to defective hip replacement devices, legal experts report that numerous patients filed lawsuits against Johnson and Johnson. They were the victims of DePuy hip implants failures such as loosening, fractures, and displacements. The following are some of the signs that your hip device is defective swelling, pain bearing weight, pain when rising from a seated position, pain while walking, pain on the thigh or groin area, and pain on the hip area.
