Just more baby-food for the ignorant masses. Their is no empirical evidence that difficulties ("stress") one encounters in life lead to any sort of desease. Life has always been a hard slog, sometimes easier than others; whining about "stress" only makes matters worse. It's like crying; it doesn't make the problem go away. People like the author and the assorted idiots in the story have a financial interest in making you think you need their help or advice because you can't handle life on it's terms. We seem to have become a nation of sniveling little children; from our millitary to our schools. The real winners in the game are those who remain strong under duress.

Its okay, JJ, sometimes one has to walk with the devil.

I, too, am in agreement except for the "empirical evidence" bit. There is a whole lot of that laying around.
