Proper body mechanics is important for anyone looking to avoid any abnormal curvatures or spinal problems later in life which might be exacerbated by osteoporosis or osteoarthritis. Proper sitting style is very important for the every human being. Most of the time we compromise while sitting in anywhere and later regret. We need to practice and make it a habit then only it will help.
