I think people can see this as justice especially of they are affected of the Fosamax situation because it should have been his duty as CEO to look over things in the company.

Considering the things that came up with Fosamax and how they handles it, I am now very careful about using any Merck products especially the new ones. http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com

The new osteoporosis drug from Merck and Co. is indeed promising. However, as were any medication, there may be no full guarantee that the upcoming drug won't have reports of side effects.
