Inversion Tables - Do They Work and Are They Safe For You?

Yes they do as they decompress your spine I do it as a relief but again it's only temporary but I don't use inversion tables I bolted a chin up bar on my wall and bought some gravity boots which are clamps hooks that go round your ankles and I hang my self like a bat from it till I feel relief and a few pops and cracks on my lower spine sometimes I get a machine gun popping all the way down to my spine from neck to lower spine and I go ahhhhh! That feels lovely!

Does this really work and we'll hang out long enough or is it strictly only masking your pain?
