" Combined chiropractic interventions slightly improved pain and disability in the short term and pain in the medium term for acute/subacute LBP. However, there is currently no evidence that supports or refutes that these interventions provide a clinically meaningful difference for pain or disability in people with LBP when compared to other interventions."

yes it is nurse. The more we research "chiropractic", the more we see that it is based in mythology, fantasy, and depends on the placebo effect.

The decline of chiropractic has been going on since ~1998. Let's hope that the bizarre chiropractic "treatments" such as activator, nucca and gonstead are soon gone from the face of this earth.

Wisdom has proven again he knows nothing about the practice of chiropractic. Then again, he isn't held to any standard--he shuttered his doors in less than 3 months. You can't expect him to know. What do you say we cut him some slack---just like you would give any loser. He's a pitiful sack.

Such anger from you mr. stalker.

I've forgotten more about chiropractic than you will ever know. Poor sap.

Love the "3 month's" lie. I was part of the"mercedes 80's" don't forget. Back when a chiropractor could see a patient for only the necessary visits. No activator, no gonstead, no nucca, no AK, etc etc.. BAck than, it wasn't necessary to scam to make a damn good living. It wasn't necessary to make outrageous claims like curing "deep wounds" and add. Today, however, 99% of all chiropractors are scamming innocent and desperate people.

I moved on and so can you. First you need to move past your anger when someone like me exposes the truth about the quackery in your field.

Such deception from the loser, wisdom. He's no MD. That's clear.
And did I just read his last post right? Did he just imply that he bilked insurance companies during the 'mercedes 80's' and that HE was part of the scam? Did I just read that right? And wisdom is calling today's chiropractors scammer??? REALLY? So wisdom now wants you to believe he did not shut his doors in 3 months, but stayed for the big easy haul of insurance money when the pickins were good, then when the pickins went south he went out and bought a Caribbean medical diploma to further continue his scams. So he just said he would have stayed for more easy pickens during the mercedes 80's if he could have. Thankfully no state in the country recognizes junk paper you buy from diploma mills. The Caribbean will grant you a diploma for the right cost and without attending class.
What a freaken hypocrite and fraud.

More "intellect" from our angry resident chiropractor......."The Caribbean will grant you a diploma for the right cost and without attending class."

Except of course, to be licensed medical doctor in the U.S., one must pass ALL the USMLE tests. Not to mention extensive hospital residency training.

I work with several foreign graduates. Some very excellent doctors who save lives on a daily basis.

Look, I understand most chiropractors have a very warped view of "education". After all, you spent years learning about a "subluxation complex" that you think causes illness and disease. You spent years learning "gonstead" and "activator" quackery. You were taught that NO evidence was necessary before making outrageous claims. And that is sad indeed.

Like I said Mr. Chiropractor, stop being so angry. Move on.

Oh, and if you see a "Caribbean" medical diploma on the wall--RUN for your life--AS FAST AS YOU CAN--as if your life depended on it--cause it does. Giving a drug and surgical license to a Caribbean "medical school" grad is like giving a loaded gun to Charles Manson and setting him free.
Why take a chance with a Caribbean grad when there are real MD's out there.
