Burning back pain

Saint Louis, MO

For past year or so I notice burning upper back pain. Now after a year I have lower back pain, between sholder blades and around my waste. I had an MRI of my cervical spine ( nothing). Well that's not it.. I notice my inner thighs get very numb when I am standing more than few minutes, also my bottocks and leg muscles get very weak and its hard for me to stand. I am 30 years old and never had back problems. Could this be spine related? Does anyone have a smilar problem? By the way my right leg is the worse but my inner thighs numbness is on both. I had blood drawn for arthritis and and some other immune system disorder that I could passably have but came negative. I had a colonoscopy endoscopy and ct of my pelvis and abdoman and agin nothing. I am seeing a spine specialist tomorrow should I ask for a MRI of my spine or just a CT? Please help!!
