Hello all, I suffer from sciatica and have done for about 3 years. I follow a set of prescribed stretches and sometimes take meds when the pain is too bad. Recently I stumbled upon inversion therapy and have been recommended it by a few different sources. Does anyone have any experience of this? Should I buy an inversion table?
