The case was thrown out because Texas courts don't have jurisdiction over the defendants. That has not changed, and it's a civil defamation case which would have nothing to do with the USA picking up on any news feeds. Every other country also picked up those same news feeds. Out breaks of measles is a big deal, especially when so many people travel internationally.
What's interesting is Wakefield never appealed the courts for loosing his license, but he appeals this? Wakefield will loose the appeal, but no matter, it wasn't his money spent on court and attorney fee's.

Wakefield has always been innocent and this is another step that proves it. A REAL JUDGE was critical of the SHOW TRIAL and reversed Professor John Walker Smith's conviction, calling it UNLAWFUL. Thems the facts folks

Civil suits do have real judges. Hello. Big difference between Walker Smith and Wakefield is Walker Smith threw Wakefield under the bus in his appeal of loosing his medical lisence, stating he never knew anything about what and how Wakefield obtained medical releases and funding. If in fact he didn't know, then he was wrongfully striped of his license. Wakefield on the other hand never appealed the ruling on loosing his medical licence. Everyone is still scratching their heads on why he didn't appeal. Makes him appear all the MORE guilty!

Aside from that, a civil case about defamation has nothing at all to do with the criminal case of loosing his license. And Wakefield WILL loose this appeal. Texas has no jurisdiction over the who Wakefield is suing.

Wakefield losing his licence WASN'T a criminal case bozo it was about professional standings and fitness to perform. He was obviouly fit to do his job, and did it so well government and Pharma used mainstream medicine's procedures to discredit him and remove his ability to affect MMR's reputation and Pharma's profits. There was little point in appealing to a kangaroo court. And one can't be more than guilty, unless you mean friend is more that guilty in posting rubbish made up in her mind.
