Got ot just love how these studies just appear at the right times! For anti vaxxers who wont understand this, this is about cell division, which happens when??? Another interesting tidbit "In late 2011, Zylka and Philpot reported in Nature that in spinal cord neurons, a topoisomerase inhibitor called topotecan activates the normally silent copy of UBE3A, the gene that is damaged in Angelman syndrome, a developmental disorder related to autism. Duplications of UBE3A are also thought to cause some cases of autism."

The most common cause of Angelman syndrome is a deletion of the maternal chromosome region 15q11-q13, which includes the UBE3A gene.

And the only environmental influences least one compound that has effects on long genes similar to those of topoisomerase inhibitors. News flash, vaccines aren't compounds.

What an idiot. That whole story is about observations and opinion. Which means they were hypothetically assuming some things. Its not evidence of inheritence as they mentioned ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS are suspected. That environmental factor is likely vaccines, the experimental attemt to play God but instead has caused a nightmare. friend is all impressed and jumping to convulsions. Hilarious.

Locating genes certainly is not observation and opinion. Environmental also is not medical exposure, as vaccines. That would be your opinion, which means nothing. Any time any one states environmental, they're not talking about medical choices people have made, hello. They're talking about daily exposures within their environment.

Debunked, again.

And the study never mentioned vaccines. Any where. No where.

Environmental exposres are hazardous agents through the media of food, water, air and soil or a combination of any of these four media with in 3 known areas being home, workplace and or community.

That's not opinion, that is fact.

So who has the twisted made up blah blah???!!!!!

So now the Winnipeg dummy is so desperate that he is changing the wording of other people's posts and then replying to the distorted version. He really is scum.

Yep, that is a desperate anti vaxxer that would do that. Then he wonders why his posts get deleted?

The Winnipeg dummy is so stupid that he doesn't realize that distorting people's posts doesn't convince others that the original posters said the things in the distortion. Readers of this thread only have to look back through the previous posts to see that the Winnipeg dummy's 'quotes' are mere distortions of what was actually said by the original poster. He really must be desperate.

Still no scientific evidence from the Winnipeg dummy.

He is debunked yet again.

It doesn't bug me at all, because it just confirms what I have always said, i.e. that the Winnipeg dummy is a liar with no scientific evidence. What's more he has now openly admitted it, so that everyone can see that I was right. I couldn't be happier.

Thank you Winnipeg dummy for debunking yourself.

He's not only debunked, but it was a great display of the lack of seriousness anti vaxxers have and lack of evidence, that they would go so far as to alter comments of another. Didn't bother me too much, either and lookee there, the attempt is no longer there and before you know it this site will get annoyed and delete a bunch of his attacks on others like they did a week ago.

garbage...there is no one debunked but vaccine pusher and their old genetic studies with no or vey poor results. the vaccination rates are dropping so is the pocket of their manufacturer.

Where is Canadian Ray's evidence that "genetic studies have very poor results", or that "vaccination rates are dropping", or that "vaccines link to autism"? Like all anti-vaxxers, he doesn't have any scientific evidence.

Funny thing is, anti vaxxers have been debunked multiple times here, the study of question is 2 months old and no anti vaxxer here has ever read a full study to know anything about the results. They just make random unproven statements using large words which really aren't words at all, with the expectations that anyone would believe it.

Studies like this threaten the very core of anti vaxxers conspiracy theories and the end result is anti vaxxers scrambling to deny it.

Science knows there is no one reason Autism is on the rise. Science also knows that 90% of those diagnosed with Autism have no underlying medical condition responsible for the symptoms. I am more inclined to believe that the common cause in this era is environmental versus genetic. The vaccine theory is valid but certainly not proof. Therefore from the ethical point of view I think not vaccinating is more threatening to society.
The current rate is appox. 1 in 150. That's extremely high.
