I agree i do.not think the fake patriot gun nuts in government should be arming themselves, government has been buying up tons of ammo i dont know what.for.
I believe further that armed drones should not be.flying over us territory, do you concur?
ps
the declaration came first if those rights expressed in the constitution were considered alienable, then what rights did the declaration refer to?
Quick lesson on the Constitution. It is composed of two parts. The First part defines the structure and responsibilities of the Federal Government (Executive, Judicial, Legislative. The second part are the amendments. The first 10 amendments, commonly referred to as the "Bill of Rights", were included by the Founding Fathers. These 10 are the inalienable rights granted by the creator. The remaining amendments were proposed and properly ratified by the states (except the 16th amendment authorizing the income tax).

Any other powers, not specifically granted to the federal government are retained by the states unless an amendment is properly ratified.

Where do you get your information? The Declaration of Independence lists some unalienable rights, but that isn't the constitution. The constitution mentions some rights, but none of them are inviolable, and some are contradictory. There is NO individual right that is not restricted in some circumstances.
And the US isn't a dictatorship, or a tyranny . We have a democratically elected government. Frankly, I am far more concerned about the collection of gun nuts in this country imaginingg themselvestwo bit patriots than I am of the US government.
Yes a democracy, these patriots scare me;
Holder: It’s ‘Legal’ to Drone Strike Americans
Melissa Melton
Infowars.com
February 5, 2013
NBC news has produced a chilling,
confidential Department of Justice
(DOJ) white paper outlining the
supposed legality of extrajudicial
drone strikes on U.S. citizens
suspected of terrorism even without
intelligence to show involvement in
a plot to attack America.
While admitting that U.S. citizens
are still afforded constitutional
protections such as due process
when they travel abroad, the 16-
page report claims,“The U.S.
citizenship of a leader of al-Qa’ida or its associated forces, however,
does not give that person constitutional immunity from
attack ”[emphasis added]. Continuing,“The Due Process Clause would
not prohibit a lethal operation of the sort contemplated here.”
As it has with thousands of men, women, and children in the Middle
East, our federal government apparently thinks it’s somehow allowed
to use drones to openly murder Americans outside the law of our
land.
The memo also claims,“This conclusion is reached with recognition of
the extraordinary seriousness of a lethal operation by the United
States against a U.S. citizen.” Regardless of its extraordinary nature,
such lethal drone operations would be “justified as an act of national
self-defense.”
According to the DOJ, a lethal strike against an American citizen is
okay if he or she is a suspected al-Qa’ida leader on foreign soil and
the following three conditions are met:
1) an informed, high level official of the U.S. government has
determined that the targeted individual poses an imminent threat of
violent attack against the United States;
2) capture is infeasible, and the United States continues to monitor
whether capture becomes feasible; and
3) the operation would be conducted in a manner consistent with
applicable law of war principles.

Tell that to puby , The Constitution is a limit on government power, some think that rights are given by government.

A little kn owledge is a dangerous thing. you are confusing two separate conceptual documents. The DOI speaks of inalienable rights, but only lists three examples, none of which are mentioned in the constitution. In fact, theright of "liberty" was specifically rejected by the constitution for many Americans. The "bill of rights" listed specific areas where the federal govt was restricted but did NOT applythose to the states. So the rights to free speech, free press, religious expression, bear arms, etc. were clearly NOT referring to the DOI since the DOI rights presumably applied to ALL governments, not just federal. e.g., in CT it wasn't until the mid 19th century that free religious expression was permitted. IF the rights in the constitution were modeled on the DOI, it would have included the right not to be a slave.

There is no proof that Adam even had a doctor, much less a prescription. We don't even know how he got the guns. There has been no info about the computer content save he played some games on it. The crooked politicians that are running this circus refuse to tell us the truth so they can watch us argue and then they figure out what lies to tell us. Like that Adam wanted to outdo the Norweigian shooter. The crooked politicians are the problem here.

......... I wish I had a lobbyist working for me in D.C. Clean water, oil profits capped, people getting to vote if we go to war or not, cut out the pork barrel projects. I think if Adam had anything in his system there would be 20 new and improved drugs being introduced at the new high price. This circus is being worked so it will be a never-ending platform for the politicians. There are plans now to create 26 playgrounds from New Jersey through Ct. and up into New York, one for each shooting victim. Could that be what Michelle and Chris Christie were discussing over dinner? Last week sometime. We have not been told any truth about Tox, Motive, Other Person arrested at the scene or any real computer info. I still feel that there will be political fallout from the truth on the computers and that the cops actually ruined them. Once we are told the truth, a lot of arguments and speculation will end. That is exactly why I don't think this bunch of crooked politicians will ever tell us the truth.

There was a scare in Britain when Dr Andrew Wakefield studied 12 autistic children and found vaccine strain measle virus replicating in their guts. He said more study was needed to figure out why this was happening to autistic children and what connection it had to the MMR vaccine. It was heralded as an important discovery until the media sensationalized it and parents stopped getting the MMR for their children. Pharma and government along with media (Rupert Murdoch owns Fox and more) and after they destroyed Wakefield's reputation his much heralded study was removed from the Lancett Journal. Government-Pharma know what information can do. Its evidence for lawsuits and a product's profitability depends on reputation. They do not want the public to know what Adam Lanza was on.

So far, there has been no evidence made public that Lanza was diagnosed with Aspergers. It is all speculation based on random observations that he seemed to have some of the personality quirks typical of Asperger syndrome. The same has been said of the founder of Facebook, who today is one of the wealthiest men in the world. And it has been said of Bill Gates as well. I wouldn't expect either of those computer whizzes to pick up a gun and kill people.

There is NO connection between vaccines and Aspergers. Aspergers is NOT a disease. It is a personality syndrome. Human beings have a wide range of personality types. Some are very social and extroverted; others are not social and very introverted. And most are in between those extremes. Those extremes have always existed throughout history. There have always been severely introverted people. The only change is that now there is a name for it: Aspergers.

We really have very little information about what drove Lanza to do what he did. We may get more when (if) the police release their interviews with his father and brother. To their credit the CT state police have done a superb job of maintaining the confidentiality of the discovery process until it is complete.

Whatever happened to the theory his mother was going to have him committed? The Newtown Probate Court is crooked, has been for years. They have practice with committing people, Fairfield Hills Mental Hospital was there for years, almost across the street from the school. Clear there is a "going away" issue here, it's claimed his mother sold her Boston Red Sox season tickets so he could go to Seattle. Why would a woman receiving 200 grand a year in alimony need to sell her baseball tickets? School shrink was one of the first..

its not a personality disorder. Psychiatry is guilty of labelling it as one, but there are physical reasons and environmental influences that may cause the brain to function improperly.

WRONG, but its at least becoming a yearly or every couple of years. And now with autism being 1 in 50 USA and ADHD 1 in 10, it will increse as these vaccine damaged kids deal with frustration, anger and pharmaceuticals that make them homicidal and suicidal. All they need is to live in a country thats lets anyone purchase semi-auto's and thousands of rounds of ammo.

DUH! Should be obvious. Put guns in the hands of homicidal-suicidal vaccine damaged young people and you have mass shootings. No gun, no shooting.
