Since your entire body is one connected unit, have you ever thought about that knee pain you might be experiencing and how it might be a precursor to a body mechanic problem related to your back or hip. How can you be sure? Try consulting a physical therapist who is trained in evaluating your entire body rather than just the symptom or the direct pain you are experiencing.
