Almost all 'fresh' vegetables and fruit, whether packaged, canned, or in bins, comes from Mexico.

Mexico has little or no quality control.

Pickers defacate and urinate in the fields.

READ THE LABELS.
If it does NOT say, GROWN IN USA, we always dismiss it.

Most labels read:
'Packaged in USA'
'Distributed in USA'
'Prepared in USA'
..or other such diverting information.
This means it comes from Mexico.
Even DEL MONTE and LIBBY'S canned fruits and vegetables carry these labels.
