I think this is good for some bodily ailments but it is not advisable for all. It is also not a cure but a complementary therapy that would help in easing the pain. I have read the problems about hip pain at the depuypinnaclelawsuit. com that are not easily treated by just medications and exercises alone but the patients may benefit from this therapy.

Yes, reflexology targets key vein points so it does relieve pain.

This is good news. However, new technologies/developments are really welcome especially in hip replacement, as you may know the rate of hip implants failing is high leading to hip revision surgeries and other complications as well. If you want to know more about bone health and related injuries, there are articles that I bumped into at http://www.strykerhipreplacementrecall.net/st... that may be of great help to you.

I think it does help alleviate the pain but it does not really get rid of the problem. It may used as an additional therapy but not as the only therapy used for most physical ailments. I have read that it can also help those who have arthritis, many people shared their own practices online and several sites including http://pinnaclelawsuit.typepad.com

Reflexology is helpful in curing acute pain. I visited Belle Vie Day Spa and subscribed for foot reflexology. I got relief from the pain within few sessions.

Reflexology definitely helps the body. It is form of preventative medicine by putting pressure to trigger the body's healing processes. Some though aren't comfortable about it and technology has alternatives now. Besides painkillers, there are supplements that are natural joint relief like Deer Velvet that promotes healthy joint function.

Ultimately we all are capable of healing us ourselves, I believe we just forgot about how to do it. Reflexology has some magical powers to it, which can be explained by stimulating our nerv cells, however, it's still tough to get your head around it that these parallel points are able to provide more blood flow to specific areas in our body. Anyone who ever felt the positive effects of reflexology knows there is something to it, we may not be able to explain it but it does something good to us. Most of us, including me don't know how electricity works but we still know it's there and use it...
