I have been experiencing pain in my left arm for
a couple of months now. I can make the slightest
movemment and my whole arm will go into an excruciating pain all the way down to almost my fingers, the the arm will just feel very weak or limp. I cannot lift my arm straight up in the
air or totally bring the left arm behind my back.
During the night I feel it throbbing or in a numb sort of state. Could I have pulled a tendon, maybe have a pinched nerve? Sometimes I can hear a click when I move the arm, but this does not happen all of the time, just peridically. someone suggested it might be a case of arthritis.
I did always use to sleep on this side of my body but can't anymore. Do you suggest X-rays? Please help!

I had my Gall Bladder removed in "75, now I am hearing I should avoid certain foods that contain seeds such as strawberries bananas and popcorn, because they can get caught in the duct and cause problems. I imagine kiwi and watermelons would be on the do not eat list. Are there others?
