"hopes the case offers parents a hard and valuable lesson."
I would hope it would actually teach the teens a hard and valuable lesson. Parents can't be everywhere. They can't be at Fishburne.
Because a teen has access to a bottle of allergy meds, which he could have bought himself with ease, does not mean that five teens would suddenly dicide to overdose.

Oh yes blame the school..that's the easy way out for most Parents. I'm sure the school has a POLICY about students that need medications and that doesn't sound like a medication that really needs to go to school with a student. I'm sure if given written permission the school's nurse or medical personnel could administer it. Now if the student would have bought it on his own and this happened on school property...the Parents wouldn't be so tolerant and there would be a law suit. Am i wrong??????
