ok these allergies are unbearable.. i have a stuffed up nose SO BAD.. like the worst you can get it.. cant breathe out of my nose at all.. sometimes i get watery/ichy eyes but not much at all.. runny nose alot.. constantly actually.. NO medicine works for me.. iv tried SO MANY medicines to get me better but nothing works.. but last week my dad bought me some new medicine.. Benadryl: maximum strength.. and it worked!!! like 30 mins later my nose wasnt stuffy anymore.. i was so happy.. but from using it for a week iv noticed everytime i take the pill.. i cant breathe good.. its heavy breathing and i cough like crazy.. and i cant stand not breathing.. my worst fear dying wise.. is not breathing till i die.. like drowning or something but anyways.. does anyways does anything know what i can do?.. what medicine i should take?.. the only probably with Benadryl is the heavy breathing and coughing after i take it, other then that.. it works good.. but yeah.. can anyone help me PLEASE?

I know there are acupressure points you can push to open sinus' up....two are at the base of your nose to either side and two are in the back of head, at the bottom of cranium bone, where this meets the neck...about 2 inches away from ears. You can no doubt find diagram of these on internet.

Hi Luke,
The best, most effective method of dealing with allergies is to find out what you're allergic to--and avoid it. This is known as allergen avoidance through environmental control. There are all sorts of products to help you avoid allergens: air purifiers, allergy relief bedding, dehumidifiers, etc. Learn more about environmental control products here: http://www.achooallergy.com

ok i took benedryl again a sec ago.. and im breathing heavy now.. so now i know its the medicine now.. i think its "diphenhydramine" in the medicine .. i looked it up on the internet and it says that some people have a allergic reaction to diphenhydramine in benadryl like heavy breathing, hives, and some other stuff.. i just get heavy breathing.. so now i know not to buy medicine with diphenhydramine in it.. ok i went to the doctors today and they gave me a medicine called Zyrtec.. it doesnt have that diphenhydramine stuff in it.. so its good.. i hope it works.. it says it works for 24 hours.. so i guess ill take one everyday when i wake up..ok well right now.. its hard to breathe and its really frustrating.. so does anyone know how to fix it so i can breathe? i can breathe from my nose perfect now.. just not my mouth now.. i need to get that diphenhydramine stuff outa my system somehow.. thanks for you help guys.. i love you!!! lol

Indoor air quality is very important factor in allergies. My son had serious allergies every spring, summer and fall. We tried sprays, medicine and controlling his outdoor activities. We weren't satisfied with the results with anything we tried. I searched and experimented till we found the results we needed. You must start with a clean indoor enviroment by filters, purifiers (no ozone generators), cleaning with only natural organic cleaners, no air freshners or perfumed carpet cleaners and adding quality natural immune boosters. Oh ya and don't forget to keep your window screens clean.

Hope this helps!

As someone else here has said, the best way to feel good is to avoid what you are allergic to. If you are having "seasonal allergies" in the spring, you could be allergic to tree pollen or other early pollenators.
One way to deal with your sinuses is to "flush" out the offending allergens! Also, if you are looking to find non-drug remedies for allergies, you can look at homeopathics and herbal formulas.
You can find more information on non-drug strategies for managing allergies at AllergyRelief101.com

I HAVE SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTIONS SO I HAD TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT I AM ALLERGIC TO.MY DOCTOR DID A ALLERGY SKIN TEST AND A SPECIAL BLOOD TEST NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM ALLERGIC TO ALMOST EVERY THING . I AM CURRENTLY UNDER GOING IMMUNO THERAPY , WHAT THAT DOES IS HELP TO BUILD UP YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM AGAINST THE THINGS THAT YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO , I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER.

10:1, turmeric to black pepper, 1/2 tsp. 3 times daily. Been there, done that. Benadryl helps. This will make you better.

I just read this incredible testimony about relieving allergies naturally-

Author: Corazon A. Belen
Title: Goodbye allergies

After I moved to a new city, I started to have allergies. I was coughing for almost three months with no relief. It was affecting my practice and my personal life. When I was tested, they said I was allergic to grass, weeds and cats. I was very frustrated with these allergies. A friend of mine gave me a bottle of mangosteen juice, which I didnít pay any attention to. After all, I didnít know anything about it. When my problems continued, my sister did some research on the mangosteen juice. She found very positive results. I always trust my sister, so I started taking the juice. Within three days, I stopped coughing. I felt good. It changed my life and my health. After some time on the juice, I did an experiment. I walked bare foot on the grass. I pulled weeds with my bare hands. I was just fine. The mangosteen juice seems to really improve my well-being, and I have more energy. I am not afraid of the future now that I have the mangosteen juice. After success with the juice, I introduced it in my dental practice. I have seen patients who have been dramatically helped by mangosteen, mainly in the area of periodontal, gum recession and bleeding gums. Most patients have a good experience with mangosteen.

If you are interested in how to use the mangosteen to treat your allergies naturally, please email me at andreaorganics@cox.net

Thanks!

Hey gang,
I'm suffering with allergies as well. They seem to be the worst I've ever had this year.
Head is stopped up. Nose is stopped up. I can breathe through mouth.
I try and sleep...but because I'm stopped up..I wake up trying to get more air? Anyone else feel like that?
I HATE ALLERGIES!!!!!!!!!!

I've taken Allegra for about 6 years now throughout Spring and Summer. Every year my allergies get worse. I've tried saline sprays, claritin, and almost every other over the counter allergy medicine. My eyes feel like they're full of sand and my nose runs constantly. Some of my sneezing fits leave me on the floor on my hands and knees exhausted from sneezing. I'm at my wits end... Hoping to make it through another pollen filled summer.

Dear Allergy Sufferer:
Pls feel free to vist our Web site www.NoSneezeZone.com . We support Primary Care Physicians with IgE Allergy Blood Testing for the most common Seasonal & Year-round Allergens specific to your Geo-Region ( Food Testing also ). The Blood Test will tell you specifically IF & What & To What Degree you are allergic to the Tested Allergens. Then once the ofending allergens are identified .. Allergy ImmonoTherapy is recommended. either tradtional Injection ( Like Insulin Shot ) or SubLingual Under-the-Tongue DROPS.
Remember... ALLERGY is a Progressive, Chronic Disease ... which if left UnTreated via ImmunoTherapy will Continue / Exacerbate.. Leading to disease Progression and a Slippery Slope of further recalcitrant Health complications .. quite possibly Allergy Asthma.
Further..
Allergy Med's ONLY Address Symptoms ( Allergy Progresses ).. Not the Disease Source as does ImmunoTherapy.
Good Luck
