THIS IS BULLSH*T!!!!....SUICIDE IS NOT CAUSED BY ANY TYPE OF DRUGS...IT IS A MENTAL PROBLEM!!!....GOD CREATED US WITH OUR OWN FREE WILL, THEREFORE, WE CAN CHOOSE WHETHER TO LIVE OR DIE....I BET THEY MAKE THIS ALLERGY DRUG AND "PRESUME" THERE ARE "SUICIDE" WARNINGS...THEN THEY PUT YOU ON ANOTHER MEDICINE FOR SUICIDE AND NOW THE PHARMACIES HAVE JUST MADE $1,000 OFF OF YOU...CONSPERICY????? YOU DECIDE!!!!.....

LET ME RE-PHRASE THAT FIRST LINE....NOT JUST ANY TYPE OF DRUGS....I DO BELIEVE THAT SUICIDE COULD BE BROUGHT ON BY "SOME" STREET DRUGS....BUT NOT PRESCRIBTION DRUGS...

OK.....OK....NOW THAT'S A DIFFERENT SITUATION ALL TOGETHER....WE ARE TALKING ABOUT ALLERGY MEDICINE!!!....IF SOMEONE SWALLOWED 10 TYLENOL, IT WOULD HAVE THE SAME EFFECTS AS THE 10 OXYCONTINS....HOWEVER, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A PRESCRIBTION DRUG THAT CAUSES MENTAL UNSTABLITY...NOT TRYING TO KILL YOURSELF OFF AN OVERDOSE....THAT IS NOT THE SUBJECT...BUT WE CAN STILL DEBATE THAT TOO IF YOU WANT!!!!

You are obviously on the wrong medication or the wrong dosage level if you think that a prescription drug is safe from any and all psychotrophic side effects, by virtue of the fact that it is FDA approved.

cipro can cause violent hellucinations, delusions and other mind altering side effects.

to ignore brain chemistry and its sensitivity to even the slightest variation is indicitive of your being out of whack.

phereomones are a perfect example of a slight exposure changing mental priorities.

booze is a perfect example of legal mind altering drugs that can promote suicidal tendancies.

your stereotypical delusion of an 'allergy' medicine only affecting the immune system responce to allergins is laudable.

the hit or miss lab work in isolating a molecule and then assessing it's value as a medicine is no further advanced today then it was in the 12th century.

molecular biologists are only now getting the tools to model the cell accurately. it has taken millions of man centuries to get this far and we are only at the 10 percent level.

we have one only two ocations sat down identified a flaw or pathway and then designed a molecule to break that pathway for the better health of the patient. poison ivy is one and can you guess the other? probably not.

I take Singulair for allergies and have never felt these side effects. Maybe I'm lucky or it hasn't happened yet but I've been taking it for at least a year now every day!

Lets face it the pharmaceutical companies are not interested in curing anything. It is a profit motivated and driven commercial industry. They want to take harmless vitamins and herbs off the market or place them under their profit control. All the anti depression medicines have warnings that they may cause " suicides" and psychotic behaviours . The problems on campus with students may be traced to these legal drugs and the families should be suing the drug companies.

I've been on Effexor from http://goo.gl/LXY9gr only one week but am cautiously very optimistic. Prior to this I was on citalopram but still feeling very low and sleeping poorly, feeling like I needed to be in bed 12-16 hours a day. Now I am waking naturally after only 8 hours sleep and finding it much easier to concentrate at work. I can hardly believe it is working so quickly but I feel so much better. I've had no side effects.
