What are some natural answer and different reactions to allergies?

My question for you is just how do i take care of environmentally friendly or seasonal allergies? I am aware that items like mold, pollen, and mud may be triggers. Surely the are harder in order to avoid as I will keep my home clean and make use of an air cleaner, but I can't control these allergens outside and somewhere else which i go. Much like me beyond my home over I'm inside it, this may seem like maybe it's a problem. I have struggled with seasonal allergies being a kid and also had asthma. The classic symptoms including runny nose, itchy throat, come several times a year try to disappear after a few days of clariton. I was wondering just what the best lasting treatment methods are to assist with tics and overall health? Allergy shots? Regular anti-histamine use? Daily Quercetin? Thanks in advance!
