Gain for anti-smoking movement: No puffs allowed in private vehicles

Do bar patrons have to smoke outdoors even during highest fire alerts or go inside bars with no ashtrays?

So what's next no smoking on private roads.... no smoking on public roads because they are withen 50 feet of private property, that would pretty much cut out all smoking everywhere, and that's where it's headed.....
