All pharmaceutical mind drugs or those drugs that distort or alter memory or actions of a person, including Statin drugs should also be banned from advertising to the local public and all pharmaceutical reps attempting sales by kickbacks and payoffs of any type to any medical person prescribing pharmaceutical drug should have to be licensed at a cost of several million dollars to federal and state authorities for control of the pharmaceutical industry. These fees would be over and beyond the Federal costs to license a drug.
