With No Diversion for Gambling, Lawyer Resigns
A Brooklyn lawyer who says he has battled a gambling addiction but was denied admission to a diversion program for lawyers facing disciplinary action has resigned from practice, acknowledging he could not successfully defend himself against a professional misconduct charge.
