Agreed, I've been doing the kegel exercises and I see that it helps me gain control over ejaculation. What has helped too is I naturally desensitized my glans (I'm uncircumcised) by keeping my foreskin retracted all day. I use this product called natural pro and it basically keep the foreskin back with an adhesive material.

So I think Kegel exercises is one of the best ways to naturally treat your PE. But my me reducing my sensitivity, it's given my a lot more control, so they work together.

pelvic floor exercises are often used to help treat incontinence in men, especially after prostate cancer surgery. The exercises had previously been tested in men with temporary premature ejaculation, but not in those who’ve had the problem for a long time, the researchers said.
