Interesting article in "Woman's World"9/17/12."Eatin g some red meat may actually be important for your mental health.Women in our study who ate very little red meat were twice as likely to be diagnosed with depression or anxiety as those who ate about three to four palm-sized servings a week.(Aim to eat up to 14 ounces weekly.)Stick to grass-fed beef which is higher in healthy omega-3 fatty acids and lower in saturated fat."[Felice Jacka,Ph.D.Deakin University].Stephenie
