At the rate complaints are mounting, it may overtake the number of cases reported in UK. This indeed very distressing to a lot of people who just wanted to resume normal activities. MOre of their stories in

This phenomenon has been very troubling because all-metal hip implants were supposed to last longer than other types of implants. Patients who were thinking of having a pain-free life after their surgery were very much disappointed after their implants failed on them.
