You can still "GATHER" all you want. That "Right" has not been taken away. The choice to smoke and harm others with your second hand smoke has been taken away and rightly so. I don't see that as a right but as public nuisance and major health hazard.
With your evolution progression we should still be using Lead Paint, Asbestos, DDT, and Mercury in our everyday life. I'm glad the political leaders that matter and make the decisions don't listen to you anymore. All they hear from you is Blah, Blah, Blah, Whine, Whine Whine.
Smoke all you want but outside away from people and expect people to shake their heads in disgust at you. Sorry but smoking is just socially unacceptable in 2009.
No it isnt anti-tobacco is whats socially unacceptable in 2009.the president smokes and thats whats in vouge now........second hand smoke IS A JOKE........HAHAHAHAHHAHA

Do you really feel the need to spam that same drivel on all the threads 'HCS', to even spam it several times on the same thread?
You Hard Core Smokers act more desperate every day.
Your Tobacco TOADYS world is closing in around you. It's like the cloud of dirty tar laden tobacco smoke which engulfes you. That dark cloud of poison which also engulfes all and everything around you.
You Hard Core Smokers stink, are offensive and acting stupid. You know it's true. Trouble is most of you are to sick in the body and head to help yourself.
Good luck, GOD bless and good by.
Is this a case of the pot calling the kettle black?

If I were 'king' there wouldn't be any problem
with whether a person smoked or not.
I'd simply have anyone who uses tobacco:
smoking, dipping, chewing, etc., EXECUTED.
My family has buried at least 16 relatives
over the past ten or fifteen years who smoked
and were told by their doctors it was killing
them. Did they listen and stop?
Did you catch what I said about them being dead?
No, and a lot of them were young.
I'd also close all companies that make cigarettes,
and other related tobacco products.
Tobacco should be only used for GOOD.
Wow, and your family tree is still branchless... FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!!

Several bars have closed in York county since this bs ban came into effect. Way to go!! This is the problem today. A bunch of rich pricks get elected and pass laws that are in there best interest, not the city, county or state.

You are quite correct
They have decided that enough second hand smoke is enough and voted to keep the smoking bans in place.

The real question here regarding rights is whether the tobacco industry has a right to exist.
