There is a difference between colloquial speech and correct speech. A doctor speaking colloquially does not change the definition of terms.

"A fetus is not a child." Wrong, if the fetus is a human fetus. I have heard medical practioners, obstetricians, remark to a pregnant patient who is having a troubled delivery, and I quote; "We will take the child by C-Section." If doctors verbally indicate a fetus is a child, you certainly are not qualified to say otherwise. Won't work again smart ass.

Oh god oh god oh god oh god oh god oh god oh god oh god oh god!
Was it good for you?

Where does the constitution say a woman no longer has ownership of her own body once she gets pregnant?

A womwn who takes the position her body is her body, to do with as she pleases takes full 'responsibility' for that choice to what she pleases. Wrong! Sound travels approximately 1050 feet per second. If the sound is generated from a distance of 2 miles, it will take more than 10 seconds for the sound to reach the intended target, which by that time will be laying face down in the dirt, and will not hear the bang, and I have placed my weapon back into case and going on to tend to other business.
I wasn't talking about a rock band or cinder block, Pooty.

No, fucwit, I said it didn't make a sound, and told you why. A vibration occurs, but qa sound must be perceived. I'm sorry that your inbred mind can't handle science, but it's not my fault.

You're joking right. You have got to be joking.
So because no one heard it then the tree didn't fall. Dude you are STUPID. Forget the thesaurus you need a brain.
Sound, audio, is a wavelength. It'll happen whether you're there to hear it or not. So you'd honestly, wait so you'd stupidly say that if no one was around Mt. Saint Helen when it erupted that it made no sound. Oh it made a noise allright just because you didn't hear it doesn't mean that it did not exist.
That's pure foolishness to even say something that stupid.
I know I said I wasn't going to reply to anything you post unless it was flatout stupid and this is one of those times, but from here on out to hell with you I can't believe you'd say something that stupid.
Sound is a vibration, a wavelength. You can measure the frequency. You an measure the amplitude. You can measure the phase. If you're not around and something causes a sound the sound still occurs and will travel a great distance if not interrupted, but fades as it travels. The sound of thunder travels miles. oh but since you weren't there then there was no thunder.
You're an idiot.
You are the most idiotic idiot to ever idiot.

An unwritten law can't be a basis for arrest or trial; you have to violate a portion of the actual criminal code.

Wackwitz v. Roy was a civil case, moron, not a criminal one. You cannot arrest anyone for suicide or attempted suicide.

I was referring to assisted suicide as an asinine comparison to abortion even by PLM standards.

"In some U.S. states, suicide is still considered an unwritten "common law crime," as stated in Blackstone's Commentaries.(So held the Virginia Supreme Court in Wackwitz v. Roy in 1992.)[citation needed] As a common law crime, suicide can bar recovery for the late suicidal person's family in a lawsuit unless the suicidal person can be proven to have been "of unsound mind."
It was still an on the books law until the 90's.
"every state had laws declaring it to be felony to aid, advise or encourage another person to commit suicide"
Assisted suicide. Ever hear he name Kavorkian? May have spelled that wrong.
So sorry but you need a mirror.

The woman does take due dilig4ence if she does not want to continue the pregnancy; she aborts.

Who cares if other countries practice involuntary sterilization? They don't have our legal system or our constitution.
UR BS wrote:

I comprehend it completely. A woman is just as able to take, what you call due diligence. As to the involuntary sterilization that is a matter of opinion just as RvW is. It is practiced in numerous countries for much less reason.
I didn't know you were now the official spokespewrson for all Dr. in the US.
By the way just for clarification sake. I will gladly contribute my tax money to spaying these women that have multiple abortions but I will not willingly contribute my tax money to have them receive abortions.

Another lie. MSM does not stand for "Men that have SEX with Men exclusively". It can refer to gay men, bisexual men, straight hustlers, and men who rape other men; prisons are a HUGE vector for HIV transmissions.

Here is some data that petey won't tell you all about. This is from the CDC.
A Snapshot
t MSM account for nearly half of the approximately 1.2 million people living with HIV in the United States (49%, or an

t MSM account for more than half of all new HIV infections in the United States each year (61%, or an estimated 29,300
infections).
t While CDC estimates that only 4 percent of men in the United States are MSM, the rate of new HIV diagnoses among
MSM in the United States is more than 44 times that of other men (range: 522 – 989 per 100,000 MSM vs. 12 per

Funny how the CDC has different numbers than petey

Wow...you figured out there were dictionaries online? Sure beats having to type out all those definitions, doesn't it?

Also a waste since you can't comprehend the DEFINITION of the term. This isn't a philosophical argument, and it isn't MY logic. A sound must be perceived. Don't like it? Science invites you to fu** yourself.
UR BS wrote:
Hey guys I found petey's source. Dictionary dot com. He cut and pasted the definitions words for word from the web site.
Now by petey's reasoning a sensory item must be sensed for it to exist. So using his logic that tree would not have been there because no one was around to see it.
He is using a stupid philosophy treatise that was put forward by George Berkeley. Here is a quote from Pamela Jackson on the subject.
"."is sound only sound if a person hears it?" The most immediate philosophical topic that the riddle introduces involves the existence of the tree (and the sound it produces) outside of human perception. If no one is around to see, hear, touch or smell the tree, how could it be said to exist? What is it to say that it exists when such an existence is unknown? Of course, from a scientific viewpoint, it exists."
So as usual petey is just out there on his own.

Abortion is removing unwanted inhabitants from a woman/girls body, just as with any other medical procedure to eliminate something harmful and/or unwanted. Nobody has the right to require anothers body for their survival.

Skinner v oklahoma; involuntary sterilization violates the equal protection clause. It makes no bones about procreation being an essential right. Courts can offer sterilization in lieu of an extended sentence but cannot force someone to be sterilized against their will.
BTW--sterilization does not necessarily keep someone from having sex or transmitting disease.

Sorry but try doing some actual research on the subject. The entire tree falling thing was, is and always will be a philosophical question. It has been a part of almost every philosophy course for years.

Sound is vibration transmitted through a medium of some sort.
As I have said in the past you can not stand to be shown for what you truely are.
As to the dictionary thing. With all your ranting about how you are such a genius, self proclaimed, you shouldn't need a dictionary just like you don't claim to need a thesaurus.

Then why don't you and Petey go commit fetal suicide so you don't have to survive listening to us? You two are definately harmful and unwanted.
