The Oklahoma agency that accused a Tulsa oral surgeon of unsanitary practices, putting thousands of people at risk for hepatitis and HIV, says it's never needed to inspect medical offices regularly.

I think there should be a regulation when it comes to inspection to ensure safety of the public.

This is sad and scary. Hospital, dialysis centers being inspected every year but not Dental clinic!? This is not right! Dental Clinics are exposed to blood and body fluids same in hospital settings and dialysis centers and they can get away from inspections. That's putting the public at risk! How do you know if this clinics comply if there is no surprise inspection.
