B-12 is okay for energy, but the combination of B-1 and 6 is the best. This is one of the reasons why I like Dr. Kerendian so much, his office offers more than 1 type of injection. I been seeing him for one year and he's given me from B-12 and Complex to Creatine. I also get the amino acids on weekly basis. What I like best about him is that he is an Osteopathic Physician. Well im so glad i found this site... but i have a problem... i havent seen anybody ask about the UK. Does anybody know of a place in the UK that gives the B12-lipotropic shots?
If not - is it easy just to buy online...
Who has experience in giving themselves the injections - is it the same as normal or is there a special nack to it?

I know that MyDietSolutions.com ships outside the United States... you might check with them! Their prices are great and it's honestly not bad at all giving your own shots. They also have it in pill form as well ;-)
