Stephanie,
I am not an expert, but I researched the b12/lipotropics and the HCG. From what I understand the HCG helps to mobolize fat tremndously. That in studies where HCG and a control groups was used, weight loss on a very low calorie diet wasn't different between the groups, but fat loss was remarkably different.
The b12/lipo is to help fire up metabolism and sustain energy. The diet is not nearly as restrictive as the HCG.
That's my two cents worth, but I'm not an authority by any stretch.
Good luck.
Has anyone used the HCG and the B12/Lipo at the same time?

This is so cool y'all... just have to share!

I've NEVER been able to run... just didn't have the stamina or anything, especially since I hit my all time high of 189 pounds on my small frame.. there was no way my ankles could have taken it, let alone the lack of energy from the Thyroid Disease!

Well....... today I thought "If they can do it on The Biggest Loser then so can I" and I gave it a shot. Baby steps... I started out walking for 5 minutes, jogged for 10, walked 10, then jogged the last 5 for a 30 minute workout on the treadmill! It felt incredible! I am so stoked! I have had so much energy here lately now that the fat is burning off. Honestly, the B12 Lipotropics are helping me so much... I can't wait to weigh in on Saturday! I'm so excited!!
Thanks for letting me share here!!

The b12/lipo have really help me lose 32 lbs (58 more to go). I was going to a clinic where they charged me $20/shot twice a week but I found them online at www.healinglightholisticcenter.com - I paid $100 for 15 shots. I learned how to inject myself through youtube - just enter "self injection" - lots of videos come up showing you how.
If you are not skittish about injecting yourself you can really save a lot of money. Also, I am looking at a new pill "Betahistine" that sounds really interesting. I will let you know how it goes if I try it...

I see Dr. Saylor in Tarpon Springs for Lipo-B. I lost 20 pounds in my first month and feel great. His office always answer any questions you have and they return your pkhone calls. Dr. Saylor spent more time with me explaining health weight loss than any docotor has ever spend explaining anything. The other thing I like was they don't charge monthly add on charges.

Hi, I found this forum while researching B12 injections. I am interested in the B-12 and Lipotropic Injections for Weight Loss.
I noticed someone said the injections are quite painful. My husband and I just got a rx for injectable B12 from the doctor to give are selves an injection each month.
Is the B12 by itself very painful? since reading the posts I am now concerned with trying to take the b12 shot at home and administer it to my husband.(Im a retired nurse I might should add)
Could someone answer me asap as we are supposed to start them tommorow morning ( satureday 2/29) thanks inadvance for any advice you can give me.

The trick is to change needles after you draw up your injection. Once the needle goes through that rubber stopper, it tends to dull it. So after you draw it up and get the air bubbles out, switch out needles to a new one. Be sure to squirt a tiny bit of the solution out of that needle and shake any droplets off the tip of it, then inject.
The plain B12 and the B12 Lipotropics are pretty much painless. The Adenosine is thicker, so it's a bit more painful. HTH!

Go to mydietsolutions.com and you can order the injections via mail to be delivered to your home, you give yourself the shots. They also have the Lipo BC in pill form. It also has a great chat forum to talk to other users.

This month I joined Curves. I go three times a week to work out. I take the B12/lipotropic shots twice a week and I take adipax(appetite suppressant. don't know if I my spelling is correct!) I also have been following a 1200 calorie daily diet. From Jan 28 to March1 I lost 12 lbs. I started doing everything January 7th, except the exercise, and have lost a total of 24 lbs.

For those of you who see doctors and receive injections, what are the price ranges for HcG and the B12/lipotropic shots? I know it will vary from doctor to doctor and regionally, but I want to get an idea. Thanks!
