Hi Lana I recently went to Clear water just south of Tampa on business my affiliate told me he use to weigh in at 378 lbs and is now a very happy 225 lbs with the first 100 lbs being dropped in the 1st 6 months all on the lipo injections could you please drop me a e-mail on your experience seeing how im not going to try this until I get my tax refund LOL [e-mail] im also in the Lake co. area GOOD LUCK Marc

It's the same stuff as here locally, and may be even a bit stronger. I sure can tell when I use the b12 lipotropics from mydietsolutions, but when I went in for the other shots here locally I could hardly tell I had anything at all. They said here I could take them every other day (and mydietsolutions says the same thing) but I honestly find myself going 72 hours or more with the stuff I order online from them. It's really good.
Shipping's usually 3 days by FedEx and comes packaged really well... have never had a problem in the past 5 months or so that I've been ordering!

I would like to know what everyone eats while taking the b12 and lipotropic injections. I have just started taking the shots and would like to know what is the best way to eat - low fat or low carb - for best results.
I would also like to know what kind of results people who have been using the injections for a while are seeing.
I chose this plan over HCG because of the cost of HCG and it seem a little less restrictive than HCG. So, I am wondering if I will still see some good results.

I eat pretty much what I want to, but I find myself making healthy choices. I lean more toward the higher protein content I guess. And definitely have increased my water intake. I've been doing the B12 Lipotropics since the last week of September, and have Hashimoto's disease which is a thyroid condition that makes it harder to lose weight... but I've lost 28 pounds so far... I'm really loving it!
