Hey... I see you're from Amarillo as well. Is the stuff you order the same as what the clinic on Western has? How has the ordering been from the place you get yours from... and how long does the shipping take? Sorry so many ????'s.. I work hard for my money and want to make sure it's on the up and up. TIA for the assist.
It's the same stuff as here locally, and may be even a bit stronger. I sure can tell when I use the b12 lipotropics from mydietsolutions, but when I went in for the other shots here locally I could hardly tell I had anything at all. They said here I could take them every other day (and mydietsolutions says the same thing) but I honestly find myself going 72 hours or more with the stuff I order online from them. It's really good.
Shipping's usually 3 days by FedEx and comes packaged really well... have never had a problem in the past 5 months or so that I've been ordering!

How much did you weigh going in and how long did it take you to lose the 20 lbs.

I would like to know what everyone eats while taking the b12 and lipotropic injections. I have just started taking the shots and would like to know what is the best way to eat - low fat or low carb - for best results.
I would also like to know what kind of results people who have been using the injections for a while are seeing.
I chose this plan over HCG because of the cost of HCG and it seem a little less restrictive than HCG. So, I am wondering if I will still see some good results.

I eat pretty much what I want to, but I find myself making healthy choices. I lean more toward the higher protein content I guess. And definitely have increased my water intake. I've been doing the B12 Lipotropics since the last week of September, and have Hashimoto's disease which is a thyroid condition that makes it harder to lose weight... but I've lost 28 pounds so far... I'm really loving it!

Fad diets are not sustainable (B12 injections). Eat healthy and exercise for life. Let's teach our children good habits by example.

So true, when referring to "fad diets"... the word DIE is in there for a reason. If people are using B12 solely to lose weight while not doing THEIR PART of changing their caloric intake, exercising and drinking enough water to flush out the fat... then the results are going to be minimal.
But please don't chunk B12 Injections itself into the catch-all phrase of a "Fad Diet". B12 provides the body with the vitamins it needs to increase energy so that you CAN get up and be active and as a result, burn calories. B12 also has many other health benefits, that you really need to research as well.

"Fad" refers to something that IS NOT sustainable. I don't consider injections for weiht loss sustainable for life OR a very good example for young girls.

Dr. Denise Bruner is very high, a hundred dollars more than the other area Dr. and she don't want to give you the Lipo injections, they just try to sell you protein bars and other over price food.

A fad diet, according to most medical professionals, is a program that makes unrealistic promises. I agree with them. You can't expect to see any change if YOU don't change what you're doing. There is no "miracle" fix out there... your own actions, by putting hand to mouth, put the weight on those hips and thighs, so your own actions are going to have to play a part in getting that weight off.

There are those that simply don't have the natural energy at first to "get the ball rolling" so to speak, and that's where natural B12 comes in. It also assists in blood cell formation, helps with memory, assists the nervous system, and speeds up metabolism of carbs, fat and protein.

The Lipotropics are simply 3 amino acids (which many trainers like on sites such as fitnessroad) have said are great for supplying strength and stamina during your workouts. They also support the liver while the body breaks down the fats and carbs.

Millions of people take Multi-Vitamins every day because our food supply is so depleted, and those vitamins have B12, Choline, Methione and Inositol in them many of the times if it's a quality vitamin. The B12 Lipotropics are simply those 4 ingredients singled out and available both in tablet and injectable form, and just so happen help assist in weight loss, WHILE the person is ALSO making Healthy Lifestyle changes such as Calorie Intake, Exercise, and increased water intake.

As I said in the last post, we have to do OUR part as well as far as food and exercise... no two ways about it.
