I really like the pills and if it's a hard week (like during holidays and stuff) I'll go ahead and do the b12 lipotropics pills on the days I don't do the injections. If you do the 3 a day, it should keep you pretty well covered for energy and metabolism. I have been taking the b12 with lipotropics for a few days now and I just got the lipoBC pills. I am starting to take them on the days I don't take a shot. At least that is what the lady at mydietsolutions recommended. I think her name was Karen or Kara. Not sure but she was helpful. I have lost a few lbs so I hope to keep going. You're right, Candy... Karen is very helpful. You're on the right track with doing the lipoBC pills on the days that you don't do the b12 with lipotropics shots. As the hunters around here say... "you're loaded for bear" LOL!!! It's a nice complete coverage when you do them both. Best wishes!

I see Doctor Saylor in Tarpon Springs which is near Clearwater FL. I did the HCG as he instructed and lost 34 pounds on the 40 day plan. I would recommend this office to anyone actually I have 3 friends and a sister who now go there. Everyone agrees this office is the best.

DOWN another 2.6 POUNDS this week!! Total loss so far with the B6, B12 Lipotropics from mydietsolutions after being on the shots and/or the LipoBC pills for 16 weeks is now 28.20 POUNDS!! That's an average of almost 2 pounds per week! With a reduced calorie intake of 1200cal, increased water intake and daily exercise of 30 minutes... I am definitely having success that will last, because I've made a healthy lifestyle change!! I'm a Loser... and I am LOVING it!

I have been on the Lipo B6 and B12 for 2 weeks and have already lost 10.5 pounds and inches. People are already starting to ask if I am losing weight. You have to watch you calories and fat also, I am on 1000 cal a day. Weight loss goal is 50lb.

Yes agree that lipotropics do work but remember you need to follow at least a 1200 calorie diet. I would also recommend to keep a log. I lost 25lbs. I purchased mine through Delight Medical, the price was fair, but I liked the fact the doctor answered many of my questions. He seems very knowledgable and professional. He has a beautiful office located in the Larry Flynt Building. I thought that was strange.

I also liked the fact that he measured my metabolism.
