B-12 and Lipotropic Injections for Weight Loss

I just started the B-12 and L-Carnitine shot on Friday along with a prescription for Bontril SR anybody else on this program and what has been your results.

Im currently going to the lindora weight clinic. they include b12 w/ lipotropic shots. I get double doses twice a week (sometimes three times a week) and have currently lost 26lbs in 2 weeks. this is in part to a diet they keep you on which is similar to atkins.

I've kept my calorie count at 1150-1200 and exercise 30 minutes a day, drink my water, and then of course my B12/Lipo shot from MDS and have lost 25.6 pounds so far. It's a good, healthy rate of loss for me.

Yes there is. Weightloss Management Center in the Cedar Bluff area on Executive Park Drive. I'd give you the number but this forum doesn't allow it. They charge $20.00 for them.

I have been seeing Dr. Ikudayisi for over a year. I lost 30 pounds but have plateaued for about 5 months. I do not feel that his staff which you see on a weekly basis have helped to get me through this period. I do not get enough information from the Dr. just exercise and decrease your food intake to 800 calories, even taking both phendimetrazine and phentermine I am still hungry. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you get through it.

You have to remember, that when you work out, you tend to build muscle. Which weighs more than fat. So if you are not seeing the scale go down, it is probably because you are burning the fat and building muscle, which looks better on you than fat. So don't get discouraged, I recommend you getting your fat mass done. See just how much of you is fat, and how much is muscle. That is more important than the number on the scale. Good luck, and don't give up, the alternative is going back to exactly where you were. I think of my weight loss as a committment to being healthy, not fitting into a certain size.

I ran into the same thing here locally. I'd go in for my injection and they never listened to my heart or anything. Just kinda sat there taking up time and space, asked me if I had any questions and then "Pay as you leave" type of thing. I finally decided to google "B12 Lipotropics" and "Lipoden" and found a place called MyDietSolutions and started ordering from the doctor there (and for a lot less than I was paying locally). I was ticked.

I have been taking the injections for about 2 weeks and I was taking them because I was feeling very tired and since I have been taking the injections I have been feeling very good. There is a place here in Huntsville, Alabama called MediTrim they offer the injections.

NuDaya MedSpa in Beaumont is more expensive ($100)that the clinic I am going to they have one off of Laural Ave in the Kroger shopping center. They have plans from 35-55 for first consultation and then $12-$33 a week depending on which shots you take. It also includes your prescription for Bontril.
