Lipotropic injections are made up of 3 amino acids that help you keep the fat you intake moving. It doesn't let it stick around. It moves it out through your urine. I found that when I didn't really loose any weight, my clothes were still fitting different. I take 2 shots a week, and really notice when I miss one. I go to The New You Weight Loss Clinic in Oneonta. I love it there. They are so helpful. I highly recommend them. Good luck with your weight loss. I have lost over 50 pounds so far, and am still keeping it off, even though I have been bad. I credit the injections for that.

Hi everyone I have also done the b12 and lipo injections and had excellent results I lost about 13 pounds in 6 weeks I lost more inches then I did in pounds...but let me warn you if you stop taking the injeaction for what ever reason... which I did..low on funds. I gain all my wieght back and more in about 4 weeks...if you have the money to afford it every 2 or 3 times a week which they tell you to do for best results go for it...just don't stop!!

It took me about 8 months, and that is a good steady healthy weight loss. That includes falling off the wagon and gaining some back, and loosing it again. I have been on a plateau for awhile now, but I haven't really been doing anything to loose. But I haven't gained anything back. It really wasn't all that hard. I never dieted that much, and walked when I had time. So this is very helpful.

I am working out 4 days out of a week for about 45 mins a day. I lost 13 pounds but since I have been working out I gain 2 pounds back It was sad seeing it go up. I have been doing this program for about 2 months. I would like to loss 48 more pounds. I am also doing that Scale back alabama where you lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks. I got down and out gaining back 2 pounds this week. But maybe I will make it. That is great you lost 50 pounds.
