B-12 and Lipotropic Injections for Weight Loss

Wow this is alot of info but it seems more than what I spend at mydietsolutions.com . I have to look at the totals. I get 15 shots from one vial and it only cost me about 11.60 a shot. And I do this in the first place because my work schedule is hectic and I can't seem to get by the doctor's office every week. UGH. Anyway, good luck.

yes, you can go to DietSolutions.com , there is a neat video that shows you the areas that you need to inject the medicine. I am not sure if the b12 is a intermuscular med or not however, I am currently doing lipotropics w/b12 & I inject myself in the thigh.

I recently moved to Wisconsin, but have yet to find a place that offers the B12/Lipotropic injections. Has anyone found a doctor or clinic that offers the shots? I prefer a doctor in Milwaukee, but will travel.

If I need to go online for them, I've heard great things about both Dr. Gates (mydietsolutions.com ) and Dr. Kerendian (delightmedical.com ). I did come across something once about the shots from those two places being slightly different. I was wondering if anyone has tried the shots from both places and which shots you thought worked better.

I just received my first injection on Tuesday. With my body having a really low tolerence level, I was like WHOA! this some good stuff. I was told that I can take the HCG/B12 along with the Lipotropic injection for 4 injections and then I can rotate between the Lipotropic and L-Carnitine. I can even do them all if I choose (of course that is not in my budget right now). So, I am doing just the switch up to see how my body reacts to this "praised way of weight lost." In 4 injections, I hope to see some results - I can feel a difference in my energy level for starters....and the beat goes on.

Any who-- Can someone tell me please how long can you stay on these shots? Is it how ever long you choose to get to your ideal weight or until your body is just B-12 out?? This past Friday was my first day to receive a B12 injection along with a Lipo injection. I also received a prescription for an apetite suppressant. I jog 5 times a week, 3 miles at each jog. Since Friday, I have stayed on my diet of 1500 calories and drank a LOT of water. Got on the scales this morning and had lost 5 lbs. Is this typical at first? I know a lot of it is water weight, but, man! what a motivator. Could anyone else share their experiences with me who use the injections and what I can expect? I would appreciate it very much!
