Thanks. I know about dietsolutions. It's all over this blog lol you can't miss it. I pay $40 for DOUBLE dose of b6-b12-lipotropic shots. The rest of it is the food replacements. It's still a lot but I've lost 7 lbs of PURE FAT in 2 weeks and inches. I just need to lose another 7-8lbs and I'll be exactly where I want to be. After that I'll probably just get the shots because I do feel my energy level is higher.

Oh and I forgot to mention. Seeing a doctor every week is great because he monitors how much FAT I've lost and how much water I'm retaining. Plus he's done blood work to check my thyroid, liver, cholesterol, trygliceride, metabolism and put me on a diet according to that. He makes sure that I'm losing ONLY FAT not muscle. That can't be done with an online service right?

Actually, this is what is great.

What I have done is go to Wal-greens, Wal-mart etc... and purchase a low cost hydration and fat monitor. You grab the handles and it will tall you all kinds of things. I think mine cost less than $40. I also had all the test you had done at my regular Dr and Insurance covered it under my yearly physical, AND yes DR gates from myidetsolutions will give you a diet, plus you get all kinds of support from the forum! I just like doing all this on my own and saving money. I am doing fine with that. PLUS I don't have to make an appointment to go anywhere. I just don't have time for that. But, it is not for everyone, and if what you are doing works, then stick with it. So many things did not work for me in the past and this is working, so I am excited! BUT, I know how it is when you find something that really works. Feel free to join at the forum though, that is free, and we have all kinds of recipes, and Dr Gates has his own tread with quesitons and answers. It is neat.

I was reading up on the Atrial Fibrillation. I would not think you would need to take Adipex.
Because that is an upper. and you don't need a upper. Because that could cause you to have Blood clots that can cause stroke.
