Hi Pam, I debating on whether I should go to Dr.David Ikudayisi or Dr. Jay Garcia. What was your experience like with Dr.Ikudayisi. I think he is less expensive than Dr. Garcia

Dr. Keendian program is different. I really do appreciate the encouragement he has given me. I am not on his injections for now, but seeing him for advice. I feel this Dr. is more than sweet but he actually listens to you

Does anyone know of Dr. in Orange County or Inland Empire in CA that does the Lipo shots? Dr. Kerendian is too far to try to get to during the week. I just talked to their office and he only takes VIP clients on Sat. and that is with a 1000.00 block. He is booked up 8 weeks ahead of time. I'm going to a clinic in Corona, but only receive phentermine and a either b12 or bcomplex and some herbs in capusules. They wont even give you both shots.

B-12 injections don't really help in weight loss. When I was B12 deficient I lost 8lbs in a week but was really weak and sick. I've gained the weight back now that I'm no longer deficient. The way B12 works is that it gives you more energy so if you have more energy you will do more and subsequently burn more calories. While I don't think that someone can get too much B12, I don't think that taking it while not deficient would actually be useful. I have this prescription lifelong and I buy syringes at a pharmacy and give the shot to myself every month.
