hi there. I just started taking the B-12 shots last week. does anyone know how much I could possibly lose with this. I used to take them and lost a lot of weight but was on a weight loss program using Phentermine. This time i am just diong the injection to see what happens. Anyone have a clue if by itself it actually makes you lose any weight??? If anyone else is doing this let me know

I inject 2 cc Vit B12 with Lipo every 72 hours. My friend who is a nurse showed me twice how to do it. I lay on my stomach, I do not pinch my skin together and I inject myself in buttock, the needle goes in all the way. It does not hurt.

I have a question can i do the injection with B12 with the insulin syringe? the needle is so small that will go just under my skin, will i get the same effect as it would go as IM? and how often i can inject myself with b12? and for how long if i want to loose a lot of lbs :)

How many sessions of mesotherapy did you have before you lost the 2 inches from your thighs? Did you have any side effects from the treatment? How often do you get the lipo shots? Thanks for your help.

I did about four sessions of mesotherapy until I lost 3 inches, i really love meso, Dr. Kerendian is cheap compared to any other doctor, he also works with you on a diet, this really helps you on the long run. I am doing the lipotropic injections also, which give me energy.

Were the sessions once a week or every other week? Was the meso done on your thighs or hips? How often do you get the lipo injections. Are you on phentermine. Thanks.

i'm glad i decided to come here. i was looking for an office myself in houston. but i jotted down the names of few. i had a baby boy last may and i've been struggling to loose this weight. i way 170 and i am 5'0. i rarley have energy to run after my son. so i'm trying to loose 30-35 pounds at least. but i'm trying to loose at least 20 by august 21 which is my birthday. anyone who has already started this process, do you think that would be pushing it?

my first appointment is next tuesday at 3648 FM 1960W #104,. I just called and the consultation and the b-12 shot and the lipo shot is $120.00. Then when you come back for the additional shots B-12 is $10.00 and the Lipo is $20.00. Which is good i heard because i know some people who pay $65.00-80.00 for both shots. the website is www.wellcareclinics.com , and they have other locations like in cypress and two others in houston and i believe corpus and san antonio.

I got my first B-6/B-12/Lipotropic injection today. I want to continue to get 1 shot per week.

I have the choice of getting the B-12 shot for $10/week or the Lipo combo for $25/week/.

Which one should I get & will it matter? Should I switch it up with 1 week lipo & the next week B-12?I am looking to maximize my results.

The Dr. has also prescribed me Phentermine.
